Beer for Biofuel

I could not resist writing about this news clip. The AFP reported that biofuel for the Democratic National Convention is being made for beer scraps. First off that is just tickling to me. Secondly, why can't companies do this more. There is so much food and bi-products that go to waste. There should be companies that turn it into fuel. It makes economic sense.
