Sequestration

There has been a lot of talk locally here in Michigan about a clean coal plant that might be built in Holland. I am torn about the entire idea. The positives from the idea would be a lot of government money, 150 million dollars to be exact. The economic trickle of jobs taxes paid and workers hired would be immense. However, has sequestration really been truly tested as a viable way to may coal legitimately clean. I hope people have feedback on this.
