It seems fairly straight forward, the less time you spend cooking, the more energy and electricity you will use.

I think you mean the more energy and electricity you will save or the less you will use. Nitpicking maybe, but I know that you are trying to make a point and having made those mistakes myself and only finding them a month later seems I should let you know.
